Copywriters:
AI
is
coming for your job.
It's time to hire a
team of specialists and
give yourself a promotion.
Start new projects with 100+ pages of brand voice analysis, market research, VOC insights, and messaging guidelines from a connected AI system that accelerates your process.
Human copywriting is much better than AI.
It isn’t even close.
Because great copy has a level of specificity... of grounded realism... of relatable shared experience... of emotional connection... of persuasive technique... that has nothing to do with generic, surface-level writing formulas.
Our advantage comes from strategy — the connections we make between understanding the business, investigating the market, empathising with prospective customers, and knowing how to make convincing arguments that drive them to take action.
And to gather that research, and uncover those insights, we have to:
- Dissect, and categorise, enough written samples to develop a strong understanding of how that business writes across platforms
- Investigate our clients’ competitors in enough detail that we know exactly how to position them in their market
- Find, analyse, and identify patterns from hundreds of quotes from past, present, and prospective customers to know
exactly what they need to hear
- Develop strong messaging guidelines that keep every word we write pointing in the same direction
Unfortunately, most of the time,
clients aren't paying for our process.
They don't know what's most likely to convert.
They mostly want words on the page that... look good.
And AI does
that much faster than us.
Some copywriters have chosen to remove those steps and rely on their writing ability alone (basically becoming the human version of AI).
Some copywriters have reduced their prices, despite still doing all the invisible work
(significantly lowering their hourly rate).
Most copywriters have struggled to charge the same rates, to the same amount of clients, for the work they’re now even better at delivering.
Whether you like it or not, there’s no doubt the industry is changing.
To stay competitive on pricing and speed, without losing your advantage, you need to use AI to accelerate the important (but less glamorous) parts of your job.
Of course, that doesn't mean you can outsource that work to ChatGPT*.
*Or Claude. Or Gemini. Or... Grok.
In order to use AI in a meaningful way (and continue to justify premium prices) you need a system that's specifically made to support the
time-consuming
pre-writing process.
You need a system that allows you to write strategic copy,
straight away.

The Brand Voice Specialist enthusiastically analyses up to 100 of your clients' emails, webpages, ads, social posts, blog posts, and sales pages to map their unique Voice DNA. It measures sentence rhythm, structural habits, and the specific emotional texture of their writing to deliver a comprehensive Voice and Style Guide that ensures every word you write sounds exactly like your client from day one.

"I already had a professional (and very detailed) Voice Guide created for myself and this was just as detailed and insightful when analysing my voice. The writing playbooks are such a useful way to separate differing styles across different types of content. It went *way* beyond any AI voice analysis prompt I've seen around. This will make it SO much easier to get up to speed on a client's voice without spending hours on the voice analysis."
-Belinda Weaver, Copywriting Coach
The Competitor Analyst is a ruthless researcher that does a lot more than a few Google searches. It starts by understanding your client's direct competitors, before expanding it's research to analyse the market until it finds actionable positioning gaps and opportunities. It's Competitor Analysis Report is a data-backed battle plan that helps to make your copy completely unique in the the marketplace.

"The competitor analysis is SO GOOD. It gave me insights that I've previously only uncovered with (lots of) client interviews and cyberstalking. To see the differentiation, contrasts, opportunities and messaging ideas all laid out, along with the implications and angles for the copy, sparked so many ideas! It's a lot of information but I know it will be so useful when writing for clients; to see the gaps they fill and how I can write about them so potential buyers get it, quickly."
-Belinda Weaver, Copywriting Coach

The Voice of Customer Analyst acts as an empathy engine, reading through hundreds of forum discussions, blog comments, testimonials, and review threads to understand (and cite) exactly what your client’s prospective customers are saying. It produces a ~25,000 VOC Analysis Report that details their pain points, fears, motivations, decision-making criteria, considered alternatives, experienced outcomes, and unmet expectations that help you speak the prospect's native language and find perfect "sticky" phrases.

"In-depth Voice of Customer research takes so long. Some AI tools can speed up the analysis process but you have to be on your toes and alert. There are always challenges with the tools paraphrasing, which means I don't get the real language I need from direct quotes and I lose nuances.
What I loved about this VOC analysis was not only the themes, angles, opportunities and suggestions across different audience segments but
cited sources so I could see exactly where the intel came from!"
-Belinda Weaver, Copywriting Coach
The Messaging Specialist uses copywriting principles to turn the voice analysis, competitor gaps, and customer insights into a cohesive brand narrative. By working with uploaded client call information, it drafts the high-level assets that often take weeks of work, like the positioning statement, customer avatars and core messaging pillars. The Messaging Guide it generates instantly serves as the structure for the entire project, allowing you to move straight to high-level creative execution.

With this team, you'll start every client project with 50,000+ words of structured, digestible, strategic insights that help you:
✅
Nail their voice from day one — use the 7,500-word style guide that details exactly how your client writes, so every word you type sounds like them
✅ Write copy that resonates immediately — access 100+ exact customer phrases organised by 8 different categories, and 3-5 stages of awareness to use the words your audience already uses
✅ Position confidently against competitors — know exactly what customers love and hate about other offers, so you can highlight your client's strengths where competitors are weak
✅ Handle objections before they're voiced — strategically respond to the top 5-7 objections so your copy preemptively addresses what's stopping prospects
✅ Justify premium pricing with research depth — show clients cited customer quotes and 10,000 words of competitive analysis, so they see the strategic thinking behind every word you write
✅ Skip blank page paralysis — open a comprehensive messaging guide with ready-to-use ideas, value props, and positioning angles and be ready to write within minutes
✅ Scale to 8+ monthly clients without working weekends — automate the time intensive research process down to a few hours of background work to increase your client load without burning out
✅ Compete with copywriters who have teams — get the same research depth senior copywriters get from their juniors, so you're not losing deals to agencies with more resources
✅ Verify every quote with one click — Trace back every sourced quote and decide if it's credible, without having to trust AI
TL;DR?
Start each project with a comprehensive foundation that:
💷 Justifies charging more per project (and not competing with AI)
⏱️ Allows you to work less (or work with more clients)
💪
Lets you focus on what you're actually good at (instead of the parts of your job AI can automate)

Even better?
To keep your rates high, and further justify your process, you can handover these white-labeled PDF reports as project deliverables — giving your clients extra high-quality resources other professionals charge thousands for.
In case we haven't met yet...
My name's Brandon, and I've been spending so much time geeking out with AI, and r a i s i n g t h e s e k i d s, I haven't always been very visible. That's my bad.
But I've spent the last six years working as a copywriter and Brand Voice Strategist — often as a copywriter for other copywriters.
In fact, I actually Iearned how to be a copywriter while working as a community manager for 14,000 other copywriters (so I know the industry well!)

I've also been using self-taught AI skills to build automations that streamline client workflows for nearly three years.
More recently, I worked at The Rundown AI University, writing industry-specific courses and helping thousands of early adopters learn, and implement, new tools and techniques every week.
And in the last few years, I've seen first hand how many copywriter's careers have been impacted by AI. It's definitely impacted me too.
Too many prospective clients choose 60% of the end result, for a lower cost, and a much shorter turnaround time, instead of working with real professionals.
I believe real copy—that persuades, connects, and drives people to take action—should be written by real copywriters.
That's why I've created this system.
AI or not—
Team members are only worth hiring if they follow great processes.
So this system is infused with the detailed steps I've learned as a copywriter.
Of course, if you have a specific approach to research and analysis, I'll customise your Intelligence Team to match the way you work.

"I do all this pre-writing work myself, so I know what great output looks like and how time-consuming it is to do well.
But this is about more than just time saved in research and analysis.
It's also about all the creative energy we expend before we've even started writing!
This Intelligence Team is such a good investment. One that will take a load off my prep work so I can dig into the writing with more confident insights."

I don't want AI to replace me. Isn't this just helping AI take my job?
I understand why you'd see it that way and I've spent a lot of time wrestling with this.
The way I see it? AI is becoming increasingly more capable of mimicking the end result of our processes and less clients are willing to pay the deserved premium AND wait as long as it it naturally takes.
This system allows you to either:
- Save days of work per project (and potentially even lower your per-project rate to stay competitive)
- Turnaround work more quickly for clients who no longer understand the wait
- Turn professional-level reports into extra deliverables (that clients will pay more for)
Either way, the focus is on accelerating what you already do and adding another layer of differentiation between you and what other people can generate with half a dozen clever prompts. And because it's customised to the way you work, the high level of output will match the experience you already bring to the table.
I'm already great at research/analysis, are you saying AI can do it better?
If you're very experienced, maybe not.
But this system is built to follow your process and replicate the deliverables you already create. At the very least, it's built to do the vast majority of your pre-writing work, leaving you to tweak the results and jump straight into writing, or onboarding new clients.
Calculate how much time you can save here.
How can I trust the research it provides?
I understand why you wouldn't. That's why each of your researchers has their work checked internally by a completely separate AI against a structured checklist that you help to co-create.
The Competitor Analysis report provides easily verifiable information and includes a Confidence Rating that admits what it doesn't know yet.
The VOC report includes over 100 cited quotes that allow you to click straight through to their source.
How many clients can I use this for?
The system is built to handle up to 8 client projects per month.
For most freelance copywriters (1-4 active projects at once), this is more than enough to double your current capacity.
In months where you onboard less than 8 clients, you can assist existing clients — adding more voice samples to re-run Brand Voice Reports, retargeting your Competitor Analysis, or refocusing your current VOC Reports.
50,000+ words of insights is a whole book... won't that slow me down?
I definitely wouldn't expect you to read or remember all of it in one go (you're not AI, are you?)
That's why each report is built into structured sections that give you skimmable analysis, detailed breakdowns, cited sources, or copy-and-paste assets, depending on what you need at different stages of your writing.
Remember, if you prefer these reports formatted in a particular way, we spend the first 2 weeks customising these to match the way you work.
How long do these reports take to generate?
For the first month, I add personal quality control checks throughout the process, meaning each report will take up to 24 hours (realistically, they'll take about 3 hours each).
After the first month, no report will take more than 40 minutes to auto-generate, meaning you can receive a full set of Intelligence in just a few hours!
This feels like a large investment. I already pay £20/month for Claude, this can't be worth that much more?
There are no LLMs that are built to support your pre-writing work, and no amount of configuration makes them fit for the job (...believe me, I tried to create this process in Claude for over 3 years!)
If you're a working copywriter who already does research and analysis as part of your strategy work, continued access to this system is guaranteed to save you time (increasing your hourly rate) and allow you to onboard more projects each month (increasing yor monthly revenue).
Your investment will almost certainly be a fraction of that benefit, but every use case is different, so I encourage you to do the ROI calculations here.
I'm worried about ethics and safety. How do I ensure my AI use aligns with my values?
Helping people use AI more ethically is a massive part of why I do the work I do — I firmly believe we should all be more mindful of how we use this technology as it develops.
I always use methods that help to keep your client's data protected, and prioritise AI companies who are serious about safety.
I'm a very busy copywriter/creative director at an agency. Can I use this at scale?
Yes.
This system allows you to onboard/generate reports for up to 8 clients each month. That's two new clients each week.
If you'll need your Intelligence Team to work even harder than that, contact me directly for custom pricing.
