Week 1
We'll start with a deep-dive exploratory call to understand your course content, teaching methodology, and student pain points. I'll analyse your existing materials and community structure to design a custom AI Implementation Coach that matches your exact coaching style.
Week 2
After building your AI system and integrating it into your Circle or Slack community, I'll set up the automated coaching system that updates each student's notes. By the end of the week you (and a small group of students) will be able to test your system and provide feedback.

Will this work for my course or coaching offer?
If you host your community on Slack or on a Business or Enterprise Circle account, this will work for up to 5,000 students.

What if I don't use Circle or Slack?
Currently, these are the only two platforms the AI Implementation Coach works on reliably. I'm working to expand it to other platforms in the near future.
If you're hosting a course without a community platform, you can invite your students to a free Slack community or use a private Circle channel inside my community at no cost.
I don't create coaching notes for my students. How can you personalise the responses?
If you aren't currenly speaking to your students before they enrol, or gathering information about them to personalise their experience, the AI Implementation Coach can be set up to start that process whenever it detects a new student that you have no details for.
Updating notes is crucial for how the system works, but is also intended to help you know your students better.
Can I customise how it sounds?
Absolutely. Part of the initial process involves capturing your desired voice, tone, and approach.
By the time we've tested and deployed your co-coach, it won't sound like generic AI.
Why is there a monthly fee as well?
There are A LOT of moving parts behind this system and many of them cost me money every time your students interact with the co-coach or on a recurring basis.
Additionally, this system is built to grow and evolve with technology that ofen needs tweaking and updating. This costs saves you from having to focus on the upkeep.
If you have a successful digital product, the time saved and value added will easily pay for this fee many times over each month.
How many students can this handle?
If you offer group courses, the system is currently designed to handle up to 5,000 students but it's equally useful for coaches working with a handful of clients.
What if the AI gives incorrect advice?
The system specifically accesses your methodology beofre generating any responses and includes safeguards that guide students to escalate complex issues to you.
During the first month, I monitor all interactions and refine responses to ensure accuracy.
By design, the system can't deviate from it's intended function.
Do I need to worry about the technical side?
Nope. I handle all hosting, API management, updates, improvements, back end systems and maintenance. That's what the monthly fee is for.
